Success....well a little

Hello all.

With great joy I can say that I have completed 2 more games.

Lego Marvel Super-Heroes and Endless Space

Now I have not 100% Lego Marvel, it is something I intend to do, but not at the moment. I still have more games to play.

Endless Space, well I got a wonder Victory. But I was about to wipe 2 races from existence.

I know, I know, can you really complete a 4x game. I am counting a 100% successful game as a completion and that is what I had... when I played it for 6.5 hours straight.

Last night.

Until 0600 in the morning.

I feel like shot now, I am getting too old for this shit :D

Too long

It has been too long since my last post.

The only game I have managed to complete in this time is Saints Row 4

Work has kept me really busy, but I have a week off coming up so I should be able to make up for some lost time.

The other problem is PS plus

It keeps giving me new games to play so my list keeps getting bigger.

Bioshock Infinite may be next, though it did not blow me away like the first game still does

So over 1 month in and I have only completed 3 games, and my list has got bigger.

I now have 32 games to complete before the end of the year, I don't think it can be done

But I will keep trying

Well I played a lot more Saints Row 4

It is still awesome, though I wish they gave us the ability to change the time of day earlier as the constant is a little blah. But only a little

Final Fantasy 8 is another game a played a little today. I looked all over for an EU save that is on disc 4 so I could just do the final battle, but alas it was not to be

However I did find a save with a bunch of stuff added, 100 of all items etc, so I should be able to get there faster than without it.

Either way I predict more Saints Row 4 tonight, or maybe some Bioshock Infinite thanks to PS Plus.

Late update I know

Anyway nothing much happened last weekend

I tried Inazuma and could not get into it.

Friday I tried to complete Battlefield 4. Did a little Multiplayer. Gave up on the Buggy abomination that it is

So I trade in some games and DVDs and picked up some more games, because I am smart :(

So I am now currently playing Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and Saints Row 4

So far I am really really enjoying both of them, far more than I enjoyed Battlefield 4, Inazuma Eleven 2, Super Street Fighter 4 3D and Batman Arkham Origins combined.

Anyway Kingdom Hearts really surprised me as I have really started to get into it. Just got to Wonderland and I am enjoying the story and the gameplay a lot

Saints Row 4 is batshit mental. 

That is all.

Segment Echo

Well last night I completed World at War

That was a fucking chore

On brighter news I managed to make some headway in Crusader Kings 2 and actually have some success. I might actually be able to complete a game soon.

I found another game I forgot I had in X-Men Legends 2. I started playing that again today and I am already further than I had ever been before. Iceman is surprisingly useful

Not sure what to play today, I am thinking more Crusader Kings 2 and maybe some Assassins Creed 4

I know I am close to completing what I feel needs to be done in WWE 2k14, but I Rage quit soooooooo hard with the Defeat the Steak mode, I just haven't brought myself to even play the game since.

I wonder if I will actually play any games during the week for a change......

Hmmm new update

Basically I have not done a lot of gaming this week. As of this post I have completed a couple of levels Lego Marvel, some levels of Cartoon Network Punchtime Explosion XL and tried another game of Crusader Kings 2.

I failed at Crusader Kings 2 massively,  really need to take my time and look into this game and plan... anything before I start.

The cartoon network game may seem like a new one, but I got rid of Modnation Racers, because it was a little dull for me, and got that instead.

It is fun, and my daughter loves watching me play it. The controls are a little clunky though and it has no online. Other than that though it is a crazy fun game.

I nearly forgot, I played some Metro 2033 and Baldurs Gate Enhanced Edition on Sunday.

I am playing a cavalier, though I have just completed the prologue. Imoen is already annoying me. She makes me want to play evil by just being annoying.

Metro 2033 is a surprisingly good shooter. I think everyone who has not played it should pick it up and give it a chance.

That's it for now in my ramble post of random. Off the PS3 at the mo as my daughter wants to watch Power Rangers, but I will see what I can play tonight, thinking about finishing off World at War.....

Part 3

I managed to complete The Walking Dead yesterday including the 400 days DLC.

What an outstanding game TellTale games created. The emotions that you feel throughout that game, especially in the final chapter are outstanding. In fact I do not believe any video game has made me feel anything close to that before.

If you haven't played it before it is worth picking up just for the narrative and seeing how your choices effect others throughout the whole game. I would say it is a must play game.

I also got closer to completing WWE 2K14

I managed to complete the 30 years of Wrestlemania mode, including the finisher reversal nonsense that was Rock Vs Cena at WM29.

Unfortunately I tried beat the streak afterwards with Diesel. I got decimated. That mode is so infuriating that I through my controller across the floor. I haven't rage quit so hard in years.

Just trying to build myself up to have another go.

I have been spending sometime thinking about which RPG to start playing in my list. The leaders at the moment are:

Neverwinter Nights 2
Planescape Torment
Baldurs Gate Enhanced Edition
Star Wars The Old Republic 2 (With the missing features mod)
Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines
Jade Empire

Now I have completed KOTOR2 before, but not with the mod that adds so much to the game. So it is going to be like a new experience.
